SHIPPING POLICY

Normal processing time for in-stock items is 2-3 days, plus shipping time. For pieces that are made to order, please allow 14 to 30 business days for your item to ship (excluding shipping time).

Orders shipped within the US (including US territories) are shipped via US Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail with insurance. This service normally costs $8.30. Upgrade to 1-2 day Priority Mail Express is available, but special order or items made to order in a specific size may require manufacturing and processing time. We are happy to expedite orders for you if possible. Please 
contact us prior to ordering if you need your order by a certain date. Please note expedited service will prioritize your order in our queue, and may also include faster delivery time. Expedited orders do not necessarily mean your order will be shipped using overnight shipping.

Orders shipping outside the US are shipped via US Postal Service International Priority Mail or International Priority Express, which only insures items up to $200. Please contact us for shipping options on items over $200. International Priority Mail shipping is $27.90 for shipments valued at $200 or less. All prices are subject to change by USPS.

While we do ship internationally, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.  Please email orders@calescojewelry.com with any questions concerning international orders.

In the US, once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 3-5 days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so that you can track your parcel. International shipments take an average of 10-21 days for delivery, but this can be longer if items are held in customs. We are not responsible for customs delays nor any taxes or customs duties that may be incurred. Calesco Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages or customs duties and fees. In the event a package is lost, a claim for insurance will be filed and upon settlement of the claim, we will replace the lost item or issue a refund.
