While we have tried to actually display the colors of products, the actual colors you will see depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Merchandise availability on the Website is not guaranteed. While we endeavor to keep the Website current, we do not guarantee that all items featured on the Website at any time remain available for purchase at the time you visit the Website. On occasion, items other than our one-of-a-kind collection pieces may be available for purchase on backorder. In such cases, we will notify you of the expected availability of backordered items. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have been shipped.
We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Calesco Jewelry will accept regular stock unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days the ship date for a store credit or refund. Items must be unharmed and in original condition.
We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop. Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom or special orders, or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.
If you need to return an item, please email us at orders@calescojewelry.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
FOR WEBSITE ORDERS:
You may return item(s) within seven (7) days after the ship date for a refund, less original shipping charges paid. All items returned must be in original condition. This warranty does not cover items damaged during shipment as insurance is required.
- Within seven (7) days – Non-custom pieces can be sent back for a credit card refund, minus the shipping charge or a credit towards another purchase may be applied.
- After seven (7) days returned merchandise will only be replaced with the same item. If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item of equal value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Within thirty (30) days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement or repair due to a manufacturer’s defect with accompanying original sales receipt or copy of email order confirmation.
- Custom pieces – meaning pieces in a special size, with any sort of alterations or special ordered pieces are non-returnable and all sales are final.
- **Please note: In person purchases are non-refundable. This policy was put in place to protect website customers who are unable to see the jewelry before purchase. In person purchases will follow the above time line for exchanges only.
- All returns require a Return Authorization # (RA#). Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number. This will be assigned to you by Calesco Jewelry after your initial email to us.
- Items must be in new, unused and resalable condition.
- Please package the return merchandise with all original packaging, boxes and tags and include the original sales receipt or a copy of your email order confirmation. For your protection, the item must be sent back, well packed (no envelopes please!) and the package insured for the full purchase amount. Calesco Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. If the item is not received, there will be no return/refund issued. Store credit or refund is issued upon receipt of the item. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
- SALE items are non-returnable.
- Upon inspection, correctly returned products will be refunded as either a www.calescojewelry.com store credit or refunded to the original card used.
Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work, patina or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective. Some of our metal clay pieces are produced with a signature patination process to achieve unique and vibrant colors on the metal. Polishing these areas or cleaning with tarnish removers may damage or remove the colors. While we make an effort to seal the piece to prevent darkening of the patina over time, you should be aware that these colors may not be permanent and may change over time, depending on their exposure to moisture and air. Calesco Jewelry is not responsible for damage to or changes in the patina colors.
These terms are non-negotiable. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for the processing of your return.
There is no restocking fee for products approved for return that are returned within 14 days of delivery.
Store credit can be used towards future purchases at www.calescojewelry.com only.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt in the form of store credit, excluding the original delivery charge value (even when that shipping was covered by the Company).
Cancellation for 100% refund is only accepted within 24 hours of payment on any payment method. After this time, it is likely that we have either shipped your ready to ship item, or started production on your special order piece. If you request a refund before the order is shipped, Calesco Jewelry will refund your money or issue you store credit. Special order pieces are subject to a 50% (percent) non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of materials.
These terms are non-negotiable.
At this time, we do not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale or special coupon code event.
At Calesco Jewelry, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality products with exceptional craftsmanship. Each piece is inspected carefully for defects prior to shipment to ensure it meets our exacting standards. However, it is possible that we may miss something. Should you receive a defective product, we humbly apologize. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement or repair due to a manufacturer’s defect with accompanying original sales receipt or copy of email order confirmation. Please send us an email at orders@calescojewelry.com with photos of the damage as soon as you receive the product. We will be happy to assist you.
After the time period stated above, repair requests will incur a charge. In all cases, this warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones or beads), and theft. Repair, sizing, or service performed by anyone other than Calesco Jewelry will immediately void the warranty. We STRONGLY recommend that you have all gemstone jewelry inspected for security and integrity every 6 months if worn frequently.
Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner’s expense plus the shipping charge. For elective repairs there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
We can only make half pairs of earrings for certain items. Please inquire with us first to ensure your earrings are eligible for this repair option. The cost is half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.
If an item needs to be repaired, please email us at orders@calescojewelry.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a repair without an RA number. Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.
Calesco Jewelry does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New York, unless otherwise required by law in accordance with state nexus thresholds. In any state where sales tax must be collected, applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
Normal processing time for in-stock items is 2-3 days, plus shipping time. For pieces that are made to order, please allow 14 to 30 business days for your item to ship (excluding shipping time). Orders will ship via USPS. Shipping and handling charges within the United States are calculated based on your preferred shipment method. Please note expedited service will prioritize your order in our queue, and may also include faster delivery time. Expedited orders do not necessarily mean your order will be shipped using overnight shipping.
We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments. Please email orders@calescojewelry.com with any questions concerning international orders.

We do accept requests for custom work, but reserve the right to decline such requests during high volume sales periods (e.g., December, late January to early February, and late April to early May). Due to the higher volume of orders in these times, we may not be able to accept requests for custom work. Email the details of your custom request to: cathy@calescojewelry.com
Custom work times vary depending on the details of the piece and the method used to create it. On average, a custom order will take at least 4-6 weeks. Special and custom orders are not returnable.
We recommend storing your jewelry in a fabric lined jewelry box, individually, to avoid items scratching one another. Sterling silver is best stored in ziplock bags when not being worn, as exposure to the air and elements will accelerate the natural oxidizing of the metal (tarnishing).
Some of our metal clay pieces are produced with a signature patination process to achieve unique and vibrant colors on the metal. Polishing these areas or cleaning with tarnish removers may damage or remove the colors. While we make an effort to seal the piece to prevent darkening of the patina over time, you should be aware that these colors may not be permanent and may change over time, depending on their exposure to moisture and air. Calesco Jewelry is not responsible for changes in the patina colors that may occur.
Most jewelry can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and dish soap and warm water. Be careful of older jewelry with gemstones or pieces with many small stones as stones may become loose with wear and can be loosened during cleaning. Allow jewelry to dry and polish with a soft cloth or polishing cloth.
Pearls should be worn regularly to look their best, and cleaned only with a dry, soft cloth. Immersion methods or abrasive cleaners may damage the silk string or pearl surfaces.
